Constants and variables, scrambling edition
Wikileaks notes that Cisco is 'scrambling' to fix security holes that CIA used, now that Wikileaks has let out the magic smoke.
Apple and Google are NOT 'scrambling'. Business as usual.
A nice side effect of breaking the blackmail monopoly and collapsing the value of blackmail. When the magic smoke comes out, you can SEE who is part of the syndicate.
