Bigger problem?
We continue to get weeweed up every time North Korea makes an empty threat. I'm noticing that ordinary Japs are more worried about
China's dramatic test launch of a new giant "carrier missile".
Basic rule: Threats rarely lead to attacks. Real attacks are rarely preceded by threats. We've gotten into the habit of locking everything down Out Of An Abundance Of Caution when some idiot teenager makes a prank call, while completely missing real attacks. I don't know if this Chinese missile falls into the same category, but it feels similar.
