Add an O in the right place to EXORCISM and you get EXOROCISM. The perfect solution to the world's problems.
Eradicate Xoroc. Kill all of Xoroc's employees. Kill all employees of all NGOs that have willingly and directly asked for and received Blutgeld from Xoroc. (Many organizations have received Blutgeld indirectly without knowing its source. They can't be held responsible.)
Zero out all of Xoroc's Blutgeld. Don't confiscate it, because Xoroc's Blutgeld is the most contagiously evil money in history. There is no way to launder it, even as digital bits. Any government that receives it, even after Xoroc itself is gone, will be hopelessly desecrated.
After this is done, the Universal Generator Of Evil will be stopped. There will still be many local evils, as always, but the single largest source of infinite evil in history will be gone.
