Constants and variables 49
Random thought about hospitals... Been in hospitals maybe 6 times overall, mainly in ERs. Yesterday's event gave me a chance to observe people walking around while I was propped up for a couple hours in a pre-op room. Strong impression: All of these folks are SHORT. Well under median height. Some are slim, some overweight, but all short.
Puzzle: The surgeon also looked short and stocky yesterday. When I had seen him before in his Consult Mode, he looked tall and lean. I doubt that he could have altered his dimensions in a few months.
What's the variable? Must be the 'scrubs'. In Consult Mode the surgeon was dressed in an expensive tailored suit.
