Soros priorities
Looking through more of the Soros leaks, especially the Russian group. Still nothing brand new or hugely surprising. Latest item is from 2014, an internal look at the octopus regrouping its evil tentacles when Putin started to kick out Soros NGOs. Shows a clear pattern of priorities. (1) Weaponize the media (2) Weaponize migrants (3) Weaponize Persons Of Gender (4) Weaponize drug users.
(4) seemed a little off-base and required a moment of thought. Aha. Drug users and gangsters are the same set. Drug users is a euphemism for gangsters. In America the gangsters are black and Mexican; in Russia they're a mix of Russian and Chechen. Criminality is the constant, race is just the customized trigger.
It's an old technique, first recorded with the storming of the Bastille, more recently perfected by Piven and Cloward for LBJ. Other weaponized groups require lengthy and risky training and radicalization. Gangsters are locked and loaded.

Led to a further thought. Clearly the federal "War On Drugs" serves the same purpose. Funding and training gangsters to create chaos on demand. The funding runs through two channels. One is black NGOs that "work with" released criminals to keep them within the criminal fold. The other is indirect, and here I found a new insight: Drug prohibition is identical to farm subsidy programs, but with an opposite purpose. Farm subsidies raise and stabilize commodity prices, thus keeping farmers in business. Civilization needs the rare skills of farming. Drug prohibition raises and stabilizes commodity prices, thus keeping gangsters in business. Chaos needs the rare skills of gangsters.
