Happy with this one
I've tried making a Confusing Phonetics list a couple times before, but wasn't happy with the result. I like this one. It doesn't have as many crossovers as some lists, but the overall effect is pleasant.

Just for fun I made a
phonetic alphabet converter. Python, requires TkInter in your installation.
Screencap of its UI:
Includes my new silly alphabet along with three serious ones. The radio ham alphabet (Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta); the Los Angeles Cop alphabet as used in many TV shows (Adam Boy Charles David); and the old military alphabet (Able Baker Charlie Dog). Hit one of the buttons; the program gives a file-open menu; pick a TXT file. The program will then spell out your text in the chosen phonetic form, always placing the result in X.TXT in the same folder with the PY.
