Inevitable
Headline: Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore has been suspended from his position for ordering state probate judges to deny marriage licenses to same-sex couples in violation of the Supreme Court ruling.
In other words, he was fired for enforcing the law. All Federal "rulings" are illegal. Federal "courts" have no authority to command state courts on ANY subject, not just this particular subject.
Federal courts have the authority to issue sentences or judgments against specific defendants, in cases based on Federal laws written by Congress. Federal district courts do this sort of thing routinely and properly in cases involving interstate flight to avoid prosecution, or kidnapping, or a few other crimes that are defined by Federal legislation written by Congress. Those cases could be handled better by state courts, so these judgments and sentences are unnecessary; but they are technically legitimate.
An "order" or "ruling" which attempts to overrule state authority is not an "order" or "ruling". It is a
CRIME, and the black-robed monsters who commit such crimes should be jailed, not obeyed.
