Hey, that's sort of profound.
Normally when a dream features a 'profound' conversation, it's somebody telling me about my faults in great detail. This is realistic. Back when I was hanging around with humans, they did spend most of their time pointing out my faults. Since I already knew my faults, I stopped hanging around with humans.
This morning's dream was totally unrealistic and refreshingly positive. A generic youngster asked me about life for some reason, and I replied: There are two ways to live. You can find an anesthetic and keep taking it, or you can find a path and keep walking it. Youngster asked: And what about you? I said: I found my path a long time ago. Been walking it.
The word
anesthetic is clunky, but aside from that it's a pretty good saying.
