Fakery
The chickenshit state "legislature" passed a bill that nominally allows charter schools to proceed. This is fake. The bill doesn't change the wording that caused the Supreme Thugs to murder the charters in the first place. The bill changes funding source but doesn't change the organizational structure.
Now the criminal posing as "governor", Chief Arsonist Inslee, has used the sign-by-default trick to let the bill go into effect. Signaling the Supreme Thugs that he wants them to commit another murder. They will. Professional criminals never stop.
