All gassed up and no reason to cook. Thank God.

This was predicted to be a serious storm, possibly a rerun of the
11/17 killer. Turned out to be the default windy day. 25G35 with a brief 30G50 at the start. Noisy and a little scary but not worth panicking. One or two trees dropped, no major power outages. Not even a blink at my house. Worst outage was caused by some fucking idiot
hitting a pole with a CAR.
If nothing else, this caused me to re-stock in a hurry, so I'm still prepared for the NEXT big one. I don't quite feel like saying YAY! .... maybe a
yay will do.
