Pretty good rule
We don't do death sentences any more, not properly anyway. But we still do the opposite.
If you name your girl baby after a season or a month or a virtue ... especially if you misspell the season or month or virtue ... you've guaranteed a life of crime. It's a birth sentence.

Good example in today's news:
The man in the video was cooperative with the loss-prevention officers. Responding deputies later charged him with Robbery 2nd Degree and Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana.
