Rand Paul, named after a notorious Soviet agent, is making a silly campaign point from the redacted pages in a report on 9/11. Pushing to get the executive branch to reveal the pages.
Ain't gonna happen, and you know it. The executive branch never reveals anything. The executive never does anything legal. It's all crime. And you know that perfectly well, Mr Named-After-Soviet-Agent. You know this is a purely symbolic game. You're playing the game by the rules, which means you're part of the gang.
If the pages really contain important and surprising information, one of you Congresscritters should go ahead and SAY what's in the pages. Say it on the floor of Congress, where the obsolete former "Constitution" supposedly protects you. You constantly yammer about this mythical "Constitution". Stand on it. Dare the executive to arrest you. The only way DC moves is by countercrime, not by begging. Gangsters don't stop running guns and drugs because the Good Government League begs them. Gangsters stop running guns and drugs when an opposing gang takes over.
Show some fucking guts, Mr Soviet-Agent.
