Governments have plenty of non-evil employees in lower level and military areas. The non-evils will have to mutiny and remove the evil top layers.

A plainclothes policeman is in a critical condition after being shot in the head in New York. Brian Moore, 25, was shot while attempting to question a suspect from his police car in the borough of Queens. Police said the suspect, named as Demitrius Blackwell, was arrested about an hour after the incident. Local media reported that Mr Blackwell was recently paroled after serving seven years in prison for attempted murder.Just another Unarmed African-American Teenager who never had a criminal impulse in his angelic life.
