Fizzy crossbow
Commies like to say that wars would cease if you required the upper classes to fight. This is nonsense, of course. It's NOT a relevant variable. Before the industrial era, kings and aristocrats were culturally required to lead soldiers into battle. Before the industrial era, Euro countries were fighting all the time.
However! If you believe the commie crap, if you want to bring aristocrats back into battle, you should be lobbying hard for all nations to adopt this weapon. The only way to open your Moët et Chandon is by shooting your adversary! Kill then celebrate! Instant reinforcement!
