Elderly hearing = autocorrect
I'm writing some Python, sort of 20% listening to radio ... Heard an ad for flowers or greeting cards for Mother's Day ... "Remember when your mother told you that eating all your vegetables would give you two burp hours?"
Yeah, she would have been right about that, and it would have seemed like a good reward. Enough burp hours for the Star Spangled Banner, the Gettysburg Address, and part of .... WAIT! That may be right, but it's not the sort of thing they'd say in an ad for greeting cards. Mental replay with revision: "Remember when your mother told you that eating all your vegetables would give you superpowers?"
More plausible, but I like my version better.
