Amazing!
Sotomayor has approved an emergency injunction stopping the Romneycare provision that required explicitly Catholic organizations to pay for abortion and contraception.
Truly amazing. I'd assumed that Sotomayor was just another orthodox Satanist/Stalinist, but she seems to have a dim understanding that religion exists, and that government occasionally has other purposes besides its normal and typical duties of mass murder and SMASHING civilization.
A good start for the new year.

Sidenote: Clearly the "religious exemption" still has some power against the all-consuming tyranny of the Feds, even after 60 years of constant violent SMASHING by the Supremes. Churches are exempt from Die-Versity requirements. Black churches are free to be all-black, and astonishingly even white churches are still free to be all-white. Preachers are able to speak truth in the context of reading Bible verses, while ordinary people in a secular setting would be instantly Unpersonned and Banished for speaking the same truth.
Given that churches are the last bastion of actual freedom, why do so many Libertarian types hate churches? If they really want more freedom from legal prosecution, they should be sincerely joining large recognized denominations.
