Science is under threat from policy makers at every level of government. Denialist politicians are confusing and distorting evidence on scientific theories such as climate change and evolution while funding for scientific research and development continues to be cut. The Dream has 8 episodes, linked in a chain from the first. This entry explains the Shlaes connection.
