Well, my father was right again....
Following up on this.
Those of us who try to understand Nature accurately, those of us who hate everything about the anti-science anti-nature Gaians, should be thanking the Obama administration.
The admin's words are pure Gaian. And it has done many bad things, carrying on the Bush tradition of expanding enviro rules, carrying on the Bush tradition of subsidizing hippieshit solar and wind.
But at the same time, Obama has tried harder than Bush to damp down the regulators, and he has allowed oil drilling to expand dramatically in the Bakken area, bringing America closer to energy self-sufficiency than we've been in many decades. (In fact we've just shifted from a net importer to a net exporter of oil!)
And in the international sphere, Obama is cautiously putting his foot on the brake pedal.
In other words, Obama is trying to privatize this fund so the Green idiots who make the most noise would be obligated to put their own money on the line instead of putting our money on the line. He's also trying to obstruct and delay the fund.
We should thank Obama for acting correctly, especially since it runs against the grain of his own supporters. We should also thank God that Comrade McCain didn't win in 2008. Comrade McCain is a true believer in the Gaian cause, and his efforts to move forward at warp speed would have been completely unopposed. D's would go along with Ho's favorite ho because he was following their agenda, and R's would go along with Ho's favorite ho because they're motherfucking chickenshit sissybitch fags.

Meanwhile, back at the local ranch: The mass-murdering genocidal Sierra Club helped to create the illegitimate Green so-called "laws" requiring zero phosphate in treated sewage. Spokane County just finished building a new sewage plant to satisfy the illegitimate so-called "laws", at a cost to the taxpayers of $20 million. Now the same mass-murdering genocidal Sierra Club says "No! That's not enough! We want MORE MORE MORE MORE MORE! We want LESS THAN ZERO phosphate in the water! We want NEGATIVE PHOSPHATE!"

One of the major issues being considered this year at the COP 17 climate summit is the implementation of a Green Climate Fund (GCF).
The idea, agreed to at the previous climate summit in Cancun, Mexico, is to raise funds to help developing nations reduce emissions and adapt to the adverse effects of climate change.
Most of the countries on the committee that designed the fund agreed on the terms at a meeting in October, except for the United States and Saudi Arabia, which raised objections.
The U.S. deputy special envoy for climate change, Jonathan Pershing, says that one of the issues for the United States is how the fund will be financed.
"In our view, one of the really big new developments in climate financing is going to be private sector investment, and you want a fund like this to leverage investment as effectively as possible," said Pershing. "At the moment, it doesn't do it as well as it could. We think some shifts in the language could open up a door for that really large-scale financing that we'd like."
