Cameron grows one small ball
Cameron decides to pull out of the current EU bailout, which will probably lead to further separation of England from EU.
He's very late and incomplete, but still right. Should have divorced completely at least 10 years ago.
Plain fact: Nations sometimes succeed and sometimes fail on their own. But tightly connected multinational mashups ALWAYS fail, and ALWAYS cause gross disaster when they fail.
England may succeed or fail now, but at least it won't be yanked down quite as fast by the tyrannical idiocy of EU.
It’s like the difference between a house and an apartment. Your house probably won’t burn down if you’re careful and thoughtful. Your apartment is constantly vulnerable to a dozen meth-cooking and bed-smoking fuckheads, no matter how cautious and wise you may be.
In a rigidly coupled relationship your own efforts are futile. Might as well be a free rider, a lazy good-for-nothing criminal, because there's no reward for being smart and self-sufficient.
