Money talks, you know the rest
Amid the deafening cacophony of useless shouting by politicians at all levels, finally some
real action:
Gov. Nikki Haley said she will let federal deadlines slip by and not accept millions in federal funds to help South Carolina set up its own health insurance exchange.
The exchanges are scheduled to open in 2014 when the health care law goes into full effect. If a state has not made progress by Jan. 1, 2013, the federal government will step in.
But Haley and Tony Keck, whom Haley appointed to head the state’s Department of Health and Human Services, say the federal plan is not the right fit for South Carolina.
About damn time. Been saying for years that only the governors can fix this unfortunate land.
Nothing will change at the Fed level until most governors
nullify most of the Fed tyranny.
Ideally we'll reach the point when only NY and Calif are still obeying the Empire's edicts and taking the Empire's money. At that point the Empire will no longer be fun for the alien genocidal mutants who have been occupying DC since 1989.
Tyranny is only fun when you can see the blood and guts squirting from the squashed Christians under your elegant million-dollar lizard-skin platinum-spiked jackboots, only fun when you can hear the squashed Christians screeching and screeching and screeching for mercy.
There are no Christians in NY and Calif, so the fun will be over. The alien genocidal mutants will then have to choose: Nuke the 48 rebellious states, or take the money and run. Since most of the nukes will be stored in rebellious states, Choice 1 will be difficult.
