Almost right because the underlying problem here is Bush's weakness, not current procedural errors. If Bush had been even 1/10 of the "Texas Cowboy" that the Commies say he is, these defendants would have been shot instead of captured. Not only are these individuals not common criminals but war criminals, they are also not American citizens entitled to all the constitutional rights American citizens have in our federal courts.
